Daniel Rezaei: WSOP Bracelet Winner and Triton High Roller Champion
POKER HALL OF FAME
Inducted 2014
Daniel Rezaei has developed into one of Austria's most successful active tournament players, combining a World Series of Poker bracelet with a Triton Poker title and repeated deep runs in some of the game's largest high-roller events.
His biggest breakthroughs arrived in rapid succession. Rezaei won his first WSOP bracelet at the 2025 WSOP Paradise festival for $1.9 million, then surpassed that score in March 2026 by winning a $63,000 Triton Poker event in Jeju for $1.939 million. Four months later, he nearly added a second bracelet when he finished runner-up in the 2026 WSOP $50,000 High Roller for more than $1.5 million.
As of September 8, 2026, The Hendon Mob lists Rezaei with $17,088,754 in live tournament earnings. The Global Poker Index had already incorporated an additional $54,500 Triton Jeju II cash from September 8 and displayed $17,143,254 in all-time money, illustrating how live databases can temporarily differ while new results are processed.
⠀
Who Is Daniel Rezaei?
Daniel Rezaei is an Austrian professional poker player whose tournament résumé is built primarily around no-limit hold'em and high-stakes live events.
The Hendon Mob and Global Poker Index identify Rezaei as Austrian and list Leibnitz, Austria, as his residence. Reliable public poker sources do not consistently publish a date of birth or extensive non-poker background, so his public profile is defined largely by his tournament career.
Recorded live results date back to at least 2018. By 2019, Rezaei was already competing internationally, with cashes in partypoker MILLIONS events, the World Series of Poker and the World Series of Poker Europe.
One of his first major championship runs came at the 2019 WSOP Europe Main Event in Rozvadov. Rezaei finished 10th in the €10,350 championship for €76,432, an early result that placed him close to a major final table.

Rezaei's results became increasingly significant as he moved into larger international tournaments.

His volume and average buy-in continued to increase over the following seasons. Rezaei became a regular participant in PokerGO Tour, WSOP, Triton Poker, Wynn, Onyx and other high-roller festivals rather than concentrating on one tour.
The 2023 season included a runner-up finish in a $25,000 Poker Masters event for $222,000. In 2024, he added several six-figure results, including fifth place in a $50,000 Triton Poker event in Monte Carlo for $446,000.
Those finishes established Rezaei as a consistent high-roller competitor before his largest victories arrived in 2025 and 2026.

2025 Breakthrough and First WSOP Bracelet
The 2025 season marked a major step forward in Rezaei's live tournament career.

His defining result of the year came in December at WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas.
Rezaei won Event #4, the $50,000 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller Turbo, defeating a field of 151 entries. He beat Mustapha Kanit heads-up to earn $1.9 million and his first WSOP gold bracelet.
The victory was completed in a one-day turbo event that lasted approximately 12 hours. The official WSOP results list a $7,474,500 prize pool and 23 paid places.
Rezaei's bracelet moved him from being an established international high roller to a WSOP champion.

Daniel Rezaei's Triton Poker Title
Rezaei added another major championship only three months after winning his first bracelet.
In March 2026, he entered the $60,000 plus $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em 8-Handed event at the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series in Jeju, South Korea.
The tournament attracted 139 entries and generated an $8.34 million prize pool. Rezaei defeated Aliaksei Boika heads-up to win $1,939,000.
That victory gave Rezaei his first Triton Poker title and remains his largest recorded live tournament cash as of September 8, 2026.
The final table included several accomplished high-stakes professionals, including Eelis Pärssinen, Leon Sturm, Nick Petrangelo and Isaac Haxton.
Winning both a WSOP bracelet event and a Triton high roller within a few months demonstrated Rezaei's ability to produce championship results against elite international fields.
⠀
2026 WSOP High Roller Runner-Up
Rezaei came close to winning a second bracelet during the 2026 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.
He reached the final table of Event #90, the $50,000 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller, after navigating a 202-entry field.
Rezaei advanced to heads-up play with a substantial chip advantage but ultimately finished second to Jamie Dwan.
The runner-up finish paid $1,517,782.
It was not Rezaei's only deep run of the series. He also finished fourth in the $5,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold'em event for $328,810 and recorded several additional WSOP cashes.
The official WSOP player database lists Rezaei with one bracelet and no WSOP Circuit rings.
