First WSOP Bracelet in 2015
Wang won his first World Series of Poker bracelet in Event #2: $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em at the 2015 WSOP.
The tournament featured an accomplished group of players deep in the event, including Greg Merson, Byron Kaverman, David Sands and Bryn Kenney.
Wang ultimately defeated Kenney heads-up to win the bracelet and $466,120. The victory came during Wang's first year playing poker professionally full time and immediately established him as a WSOP champion.

Second WSOP Bracelet in 2022
Seven years after his first bracelet, Wang returned to the winner's circle in another $5,000 no-limit hold'em event.
Wang won Event #87: $5,000 8-Handed No-Limit Hold'em at the 2022 WSOP, defeating a field of 573 entries for $541,604.
Farid Jattin finished runner-up, while Erik Seidel placed third. Wang overcame a significant heads-up deficit against Jattin to secure the victory.

Michael Wang Wins His First WPT Title
Wang added a World Poker Tour championship to his résumé in October 2024 by winning the WPT Playground Championship in Kahnawake, Quebec.
The CAD $3,500 championship attracted 840 entries. Wang defeated Santiago Plante heads-up for his first WPT title.
The World Poker Tour announced a total winner's package worth CAD $412,300, including Wang's seat into the 2024 WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas.
The victory was especially significant because Wang had been competing in WPT Main Tour events for roughly a decade without previously reaching a WPT final table.

According to the WPT's player database, Wang has one WPT Main Tour title.

Third WSOP Bracelet and Career-Best Score
Wang produced the largest tournament victory of his career at the 2025 World Series of Poker.
He won Event #74: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship, defeating 874 entries and collecting $1,394,579. The victory gave Wang his third WSOP bracelet and his first seven-figure live tournament score.
His run became particularly notable because of the comeback required to survive the tournament.
Late in the event, Wang was reduced to 65,000 in chips, equivalent to roughly two-thirds of one big blind. Instead of being eliminated, he survived his forced all-in, rebuilt his stack and advanced to the final day.
Wang eventually defeated Michael Zulker heads-up. Quan Zhou finished third, while Alex Foxen placed seventh.
The official WSOP results list Wang's $1,394,579 prize as the winner of the championship and identify it as his third bracelet.

Wang has not won an EPT Main Event title.
His WSOP Circuit record requires a current-data qualification. Wang won Event #12, the CAD $25,000 No-Limit Hold'em Super High Roller, for CAD $230,000 at the inaugural WSOP Super Circuit Canada in September 2026. The WSOP's series recap identifies the festival's winners in the context of Circuit ring qualification, but Wang's individual WSOP player page still displayed zero rings when checked on September 21, 2026. Until those official WSOP records are reconciled, a definitive lifetime Circuit ring count should be treated cautiously.

Michael Wang's Live Tournament Earnings
As of September 21, 2026, The Hendon Mob lists Michael Wang with $10,039,752 in live tournament earnings.
That figure places him above the $10 million career milestone, although live tournament databases change as new results are recorded and older results are corrected or added.

Because tournament earnings continue to change, The Hendon Mob's current player record should be used when checking Wang's latest live total.
⠀
No-Limit Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha Success
Wang's career is notable for combining sustained no-limit hold'em results with championship-level success in pot-limit Omaha.
His first two bracelets both came in $5,000 no-limit hold'em tournaments seven years apart. He later won his first WPT championship in no-limit hold'em before capturing the $10,000 PLO Championship at the WSOP.
That progression gives Wang major titles in more than one discipline rather than a résumé built around a single tournament format.
His results also show continued participation across a wide range of buy-in levels, from large-field WSOP events to high rollers and championship tournaments.
⠀
