Yichen Wu Wins Red Dragon Classic; Shuai Li Takes Jeju High Roller
Yichen Wu won the Red Dragon Classic Championship at Jeju Poker Festival 2026 on November 5, earning KRW 266,980,000 after a 668-entry event at LES A Casino in South Korea. The win was his largest reported live tournament payout.
Wu takes the Red Dragon Classic title
The KRW 2.5 million championship produced a KRW 1,442,880,000 prize pool. Wu defeated Aleksandras Rusinovas heads-up after taking the lead with two pair on their first hand. Rusinovas finished second for KRW 176,900,000, while Hugues Girard took third.
The organizer’s festival recap says Wu needed only three hands of heads-up play to close the result. The KRW 266,980,000 figure is a gross tournament payout, not a measure of profit.
Shuai Li wins the Prestige High Roller
At the same Jeju festival, Shuai Li won the KRW 8 million Red Dragon Prestige High Roller for KRW 200,000,000. The event drew 108 entries and built a KRW 762,653,000 prize pool. Li defeated Weiran Pu heads-up; Pu received KRW 130,100,000.
Both results are part of the 2026 Jeju Poker Festival at LES A Casino. The festival continues with the Red Dragon Plus Championship and other scheduled events; those later results remain to be decided.
