Troubleshooting

From time to time we humans have issues with technology.  Here are some of the most common issues we have had in our PokerBros club.  If you are unable to resolve your issue with this troubleshooting guide, contact us on Telegram anytime day or night.  We're available 24/7 for our players.

Why can't I sit at a table.  

  • Did you enable GPS when you installed the PokerBros App?  If not, uninstall and reinstall the app and enable GPS location.  This helps prevent collusion.
  • Did you previously play at this table and leave with more chips than you currently have?  If so, please select another table.  If returning to a table you have played at within the last 2 hours, you must return with the same stack.  This to to help prevent the "hit-n-run" from happening.  We also offer time clock tables that require player to play 20 minutes after winning.

Why can't I chat?

If you are unable to chat at our tables, contact us on Telegram.  We will help with this.

Why can't I find the table in the lobby?

  • If you are unable to find specific tables in our lobby, please check your filters at the top of the screen.  Ensure that the type of game you're looking for is being displayed.
  • If you are unable to find an advertised tournament please text  (702) 357-5890 and we will get the tournament loaded.

When is PokerBros server maintenance?

The PokerBros app and all PokerBros clubs go down for maintenance every Thursday at 2:30am CST.  The app is usually back online at 7:00am CST.  This is done to add updates to the app so that PokerBros remains the best app for Angry Aces to host our club on.

I can't rebuy/add on to this tournament.  What do I do?

  • Is the tournament a Freezeout?  If so rebuys and add ons are not allowed.  
  • Has the late registration period ended.  If so, the rebuy and add on period has ended.
