ARIA Resort & Casino

ARIA is one of the strongest central-Strip hotel choices for players who want immediate access to one poker room while retaining realistic access to several others.

The ARIA Poker Room is on property, with 24 tables on the east side of the casino floor near Main Valet. Staying in the resort removes nearly all transportation concerns for an early tournament start or a late cash-game finish: players can go directly between the hotel elevators, casino and poker room without going outside. That is especially useful during summer heat or after a long session.

Bellagio is the most practical second major poker destination from ARIA. Mapping services place the property-to-property walk at roughly 9–11 minutes, although actual poker-room-to-hotel-room time can be longer because both resorts are large. Bellagio's poker room is on the north side of its casino next to the sportsbook. For players planning to split significant time between ARIA and Bellagio, ARIA works particularly well as a two-room base.

Horseshoe Las Vegas is also within reasonable central-Strip range. A basic property-to-property route is approximately 15–16 minutes on foot, but Strip crowds, pedestrian bridges, indoor casino routing and summer temperatures can extend the real trip. Players with a fixed tournament start should allow extra time or use a taxi or rideshare rather than treating the quoted walking time as door-to-door.

MGM Grand's active poker room is south of ARIA. Depending on the exact exit and route, practical walking estimates can run roughly 15–20 minutes or somewhat longer. It is a reasonable secondary poker destination in mild weather, but rideshare becomes more attractive for early starts, late-night returns or extreme heat.

The Venetian and Wynn are established Angry Aces Poker destinations, but they are not close enough to treat ARIA as a normal walkable hotel for either room. Current route estimates are about 27 minutes on foot to The Venetian and about 35 minutes to Wynn. A taxi or rideshare makes either accessible, but players concentrating primarily on those rooms would generally be better served by lodging farther north on the Strip. For that reason, neither has been added as a direct ARIA CMS relationship.

Food access is a major advantage for multi-day poker trips. ARIA has extensive on-property dining ranging from quick food and coffee to full-service restaurants, reducing the need to leave the resort between tournament levels or after a late session.

Parking is paid. MGM currently lists registered hotel-guest self-parking at $20 per 24 hours and valet parking at $40 per day, with rates subject to change and possible increases during special events. Hotel guests receive in-and-out privileges within the same parking type at MGM Resorts Las Vegas properties during the applicable 24-hour period. Players driving between MGM properties should still weigh garage entry, walking and retrieval time against a short rideshare.

The primary drawback is price. ARIA is a luxury resort and can be substantially more expensive than midrange Strip lodging, while resort and parking charges add to the trip cost. Players who value immediate ARIA access, strong dining choices, quality accommodations and the ability to reach Bellagio and other central-Strip rooms without relocating may find the location worth the premium.
