Graton Resort & Casino

Graton Resort & Casino is most useful for poker players who want to stay directly on property for the Graton poker room. The poker room is inside the same casino resort complex, so players can move between the hotel, casino floor, dining options, and poker area without arranging transportation.

That setup is especially helpful for early tournament starts and long cash-game sessions. Players staying on property can go back to their room during breaks, avoid a late-night drive after a long session, and keep poker logistics simple across a multi-day trip.

Food access is a major practical advantage. Because the resort has multiple dining and quick-service options, players have better flexibility before registration, during longer tournament days, or after late cash sessions than they would at a limited-service hotel away from the property.

Parking is also more convenient than at many urban poker destinations. The resort offers parking and vehicle services for hotel guests, with self-parking and valet available. Players who are not staying overnight should still verify current parking rules before arrival, especially during concerts, holidays, tournament weekends, or major property events.

The main drawback is value. Graton is an upscale resort, so it may price higher than off-property hotels in Rohnert Park or Santa Rosa. Players looking for the lowest nightly rate may find cheaper lodging nearby, but those savings come with a drive or rideshare requirement.

For players focused on the Graton poker room, this is the most convenient lodging option because it eliminates commute time. For players trying to split time between multiple Bay Area poker rooms, Graton is less flexible than a centrally located off-property hotel, since other major poker rooms are not walkable from the resort.
