The LINQ Hotel + Experience

Las Vegas, NV
The LINQ Hotel + Experience is a centrally located Las Vegas Strip resort between Flamingo Las Vegas and Harrah’s Las Vegas, with direct access to the LINQ Promenade and its restaurants, bars and entertainment. The property has 2,253 guest rooms, including standard accommodations, poolside cabana rooms and bunk-bed room configurations.
The resort combines a casino, Caesars Sportsbook, the 21-and-over Influence pool, a spa and fitness center, live entertainment and a broad selection of casual dining. On and immediately around the property, guests have access to options including Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar, Hash House A Go Go, O’Sheas Casino and additional restaurants throughout the LINQ Promenade.
For poker travelers, the location is especially useful because it is not tied to a single poker destination. The Venetian and Palazzo complex is a practical walk north on the Strip, while Wynn and Encore are also reachable on foot or by a short rideshare. That central position makes The LINQ a useful base for players who want access to tournament and cash-game action at more than one major Las Vegas poker room without paying the room rates typically associated with the neighboring luxury resorts.

Why Players Like This Hotel
The LINQ is particularly useful for poker players who want a central Strip hotel that can serve both The Venetian Poker Room and Wynn Las Vegas Poker Room rather than staying directly at one of the higher-priced poker resorts.
The Venetian Poker Room is the most convenient confirmed Angry Aces poker destination from the hotel. The walk from The LINQ to The Palazzo side of The Venetian complex is roughly 13 minutes under normal conditions. Because the poker room is located on level 2 of the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Palazzo, players should budget a few additional minutes for navigating the resort. For early tournament starts, leaving 20–25 minutes before the desired arrival time is more realistic than relying only on the outdoor walking estimate. The route is practical for repeated trips during a multi-day Venetian series, although Las Vegas summer heat can make even a moderate Strip walk less attractive.
Wynn Poker is also a legitimate option from The LINQ. The poker room is located at Encore, roughly an 18-minute walk from The LINQ before accounting for normal casino navigation. That puts it near the upper end of comfortable Strip walking distance, especially in hot weather or after a long session. A short rideshare or Strip transit trip can be preferable for very early tournament starts, late-night cash-game finishes or players carrying bags.
The LINQ therefore works well for players splitting a trip between Venetian and Wynn. It gives easier walking access to Venetian while keeping Encore close enough that changing venues does not require relocating hotels.
Food access is a strength for poker trips. The hotel and LINQ Promenade provide numerous quick and sit-down options, which is useful when tournament breaks or late finishes make meal timing unpredictable. The location also gives players additional dining choices at neighboring Strip resorts.
Players bringing a vehicle should budget for paid parking unless their Caesars Rewards status or a specific hotel package provides an exception. For poker sessions at Venetian or Wynn, walking can avoid moving the car and paying or validating parking at another property. Venetian currently offers complimentary same-day self-parking to qualifying poker players after at least three hours of tournament or cash-game play, while Wynn states that poker-room guests can receive complimentary same-day parking through the poker room.
The biggest tradeoffs are that The LINQ is a busy, entertainment-oriented casino resort rather than a quiet poker-focused hotel, and walks that look short on a map can take longer because of Strip crowds, pedestrian routing and large casino interiors. Even so, its combination of central location, abundant food and comparatively moderate positioning makes it a practical choice for multi-day poker travelers who expect to play at both Venetian and Wynn.
