Gustavo Campos Wins Second GGMillion$ Title

Gustavo “Gusscamposs” Campos won his second GGMillion$ title on October 20, 2026, defeating Aleksejs Ponakovs heads-up in the weekly online high-stakes tournament.
GGPoker’s official event recap identifies Campos as the winner and says the result denied Ponakovs a seventh title in the format. The victory came ten months after Campos captured his first GGMillion$ crown.
A heads-up swing decides the title
According to GGPoker’s account, Campos carried a narrow lead into heads-up play before building a larger advantage. The most consequential pot did not reach showdown: Ponakovs folded a made straight after Campos moved all-in with jack-ten on a three-diamond board.
The final all-in again put Campos’s jack-ten against Ponakovs, this time holding queen-jack. A queen on the turn paired Ponakovs but completed Campos’s straight, ending the tournament.
A second title after WSOP Paradise
Campos’s first GGMillion$ title arrived in December 2025. PokerNews Brasil reported that he won that final while also playing Day 3 of the WSOP Paradise Super Main Event in the Bahamas. The unusual overlap made the first win notable before the October result established him as a repeat champion.
The PokerNews player archive also records multiple Campos cashes at the 2026 World Series of Poker across no-limit hold’em and mixed-game events. Those live results sit alongside his online achievements under the Gusscamposs screen name.
Why payout figures are not included
The current GGPoker recap contains two incompatible sets of payout figures for the same final table. PokerNews Brasil’s October 21 report matches one of those sets, but the conflict remains unresolved in the primary source. Angry Aces is therefore withholding prize amounts from this report while preserving the confirmed result.
This article will be updated at the same URL if GGPoker clarifies the official payouts. No prize figure should be inferred from the absence of an amount here.
