The Major Series of Poker: The Tour returns to Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort in Larchwood, Iowa, for MSPT Festival I from October 28 through November 1, 2026. The five-Gold-Card festival is built around MSPT Main Event 330, a $1,110 No-Limit Hold'em tournament with a $200,000 guarantee.

The official fall schedule is now available and resolves the Main Event flight, registration and structure information that was not previously visible in MSPT's normal web calendar.

MSPT Returns to Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort

MSPT Grand Falls 2026 runs Wednesday, October 28 through Sunday, November 1 at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort in Larchwood, Iowa.

The official schedule identifies the stop as MSPT Festival I and advertises five Gold Card events, a $200,000 guaranteed Main Event and a $3,500 MSPT Championship seat added to Main Event first place.

The fall festival should not be confused with MSPT's March 2026 Grand Falls stop. The October-November schedule is a separate festival with its own event lineup and tournament structures.

MSPT Main Event 330

The headline tournament is the $1,110 MSPT Main Event NLH, which carries a $200,000 guarantee.

Day 2

Surviving players from both starting flights combine Sunday, November 1 at 11 a.m.

Each Day 1 plays until 11% of that flight's field remains, rounded up. Players who advance are already in the money when Day 2 begins.

At the start of Day 2, the tournament clock resumes from the earliest finishing point reached by either starting flight. Play then continues until a winner is declared.

Main Event Starting Stack and Levels

Every Main Event entry receives 30,000 tournament chips.

Levels are 40 minutes during normal play. The official structure changes levels to 30 minutes once play is heads-up or when a deal has been made.

The opening levels are:

• Level 1: 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante

• Level 2: 200/300 with a 300 big blind ante

• Level 3: 200/400 with a 400 big blind ante

• Level 4: 300/500 with a 500 big blind ante

• Level 5: 300/600 with a 600 big blind ante

• Level 6: 400/800 with an 800 big blind ante

• Level 7: 500/1,000 with a 1,000 big blind ante

• Level 8: 600/1,200 with a 1,200 big blind ante

Late Registration and Re-Entry Rules

The official Main Event structure allows unlimited re-entry until the start of Level 13.

For both Day 1 flights, the festival schedule lists the registration cutoff as 10:40 p.m.

Players therefore have multiple opportunities to enter or re-enter during an available starting flight before the Level 13 cutoff. Tournament seating and re-entry remain subject to MSPT's published tournament rules and casino procedures.

Multi-Bag Rule

MSPT permits a player to qualify for Day 2 more than once, but only the player's higher qualifying stack remains in play.

If a player bags twice:

• The higher stack advances to Day 2

• Any lower qualifying stack is removed from play

• The removed stack receives the lowest Day 2 payout

• Player of the Year points are awarded only for the higher stack

• The player receives credit for only one MSPT Main Event cash

This makes the Grand Falls Main Event a best-stack-forward format rather than a rule requiring a player to stop entering after first qualifying.

$200,000 Main Event Guarantee

MSPT advertises a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool for the Grand Falls Main Event.

The guarantee represents the advertised minimum prize-pool target under the organizer's applicable rules. It should not be treated as a forecast of the final field, total prize pool or first-place cash payout.

For historical context, the March 2026 Grand Falls Main Event drew 327 entries and was won by Aaron Johnson for $72,104. That result belongs to the earlier March stop and does not establish expected attendance for the October-November festival.

Added $3,500 MSPT Championship Seat

MSPT adds a $3,500 MSPT Championship seat to first place in the Grand Falls Main Event.

The structure sheet states that the seat is non-transferable and that the winner is responsible for transportation and lodging.

It also states that only one Championship seat may be awarded per person.

The 2026 MSPT Championship Main Event is scheduled for November 27 through December 2 at Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida, with a $2 million guarantee.

The added seat is separate from the Main Event's normal cash first-place payout.
